Jurisdiction – Applicable Law

These General Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, or realization of any of the stipulations of these General Terms of Use, or in the case of any dispute arising from the use of the site, and failing any amicable agreement between the parties, the Courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
